Claremont House comes with an approved plan for a 20 room extension to the original home, the extension is sympathetic in design to its heritage at the rear left hand side of the property, plans are available and outlined in the Information memorandum.

Claremont House also offers a unique option for special events, previously holding extremely successful birthday parties and mother’s day events.
Until March 2018 the restaurant known as Bilton’s had leased the 60 seat restaurant on the property for a nominal figure.
